Tropical Peach Colada

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients: 

1 cup Peach Kern's Nectar, chilled
1/2 cup passion fruit or other tropical sorbet
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions: 

PLACE nectar, sorbet, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass.

Strawberry Kiwi Mint Lemonade Sparkler

Number of Servings: 
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups (11.5 fluid–ounce can) Strawberry Kiwi Kern's Nectar
10 fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon packed fresh whole mint leaves
1 liter club soda, chilled
Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions: 

PLACE nectar, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and mint in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

FILL glass with ice. Add equal portions nectar mixture and club soda; stir. Garnish with lemon slice; serve immediately.

Spiced Island Punch

Number of Servings: 
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients: 

1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup honey
6 whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups (11.5 fluid–ounce can) Mango Kern's Nectar, chilled
1 1/2 cups (11.5 fluid–ounce can) Guava Kern's Nectar, chilled
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups ginger ale or club soda
Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions: 

COMBINE water, honey, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon in small bowl; cool. Remove cloves; discard.

MIX mango nectar, guava nectar and lime juice in large bowl. Stir in honey mixture and ginger ale.

SERVE over ice. Garnish with lime wedges.

Horchata & Rum (alternative to eggnog)

Makes 10 servings
Ingredients: 

1 carton (64 oz) Kern's® Original or Coffee Horchata 3/4 cup Light Rum

Instructions: 

MIX horchata and rum in a pitcher. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with ground nutmeg, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Pineapple-Mango Lemonade

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups Kern's Mango Nectar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

COMBINE nectar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and ice cubes in tall glass. Add granulated sugar to taste; stir.

Peachy Orange Soda

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cups Peach Kern's Nectar, chilled
1/2 cup ginger ale or club soda
1 scoop orange sherbet

Instructions: 

COMBINE nectar and ginger ale in tall glass; top with sherbet.

Nectar Sparkler

Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients: 

One 46 oz bottle (or four 11.5 oz cans) any flavor Kern's Nectar, chilled
3 cups sparkling water, chilled
Ice cubes

Instructions: 

COMBINE nectar and water in large pitcher or bowl. Serve over ice.

Mango Soda

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cups Kern's Mango Nectar
1/2 cup club soda or ginger ale
1 scoop orange sherbet

Instructions: 

COMBINE nectar and club soda in tall glass. Top with sherbet.

Guava Gulp

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients: 

1 cup Kern's Guava Nectar
1/2 cup Kern's Strawberry Banana Nectar
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

COMBINE nectars, lime juice and ice cube in tall glass.

Apricot-Passion Fruit Fizz

1 1/4 cups Kern's Apricot Nectar
1/2 cup club soda
1 scoop passion fruit or lemon sorbet
