Guacamole and Tortilla Chips

    • 1 cup Avocado, chopped

    • 2 tbsp. Natural yogurt, light

    • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise, light

    • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice

    • 1/8 tsp. Salt

    • 4 large Corn tortillas

    • 1/2 liter Canola oil


    • Mix the avocado, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt, in a meidum bowl.

    • Mash with a fork.

    • Cover the top of the bowl with a plastic wrap.

    • Place a tortilla on a chopping board and, use small cookie molds to make tortilla chips figures.

    • Fry the tortilla in very hot oil until browned.

    • Remove the tortilla chips from the oil and drain them on paper towels. .Place the guacamole and tortilla chips in a plastic food container with divisions.
