Guacamole and Tortilla Chips

1 cup Avocado, chopped

2 tbsp. Natural yogurt, light

1 tbsp. Mayonnaise, light

1 tbsp. Lemon juice

1/8 tsp. Salt

4 large Corn tortillas

1/2 liter Canola oil

Mix the avocado, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt, in a meidum bowl.

Mash with a fork.

Cover the top of the bowl with a plastic wrap.

Place a tortilla on a chopping board and, use small cookie molds to make tortilla chips figures.

Fry the tortilla in very hot oil until browned.

Remove the tortilla chips from the oil and drain them on paper towels. .Place the guacamole and tortilla chips in a plastic food container with divisions.
