Mexican Corn on the Cob
(8 min.) Makes two portions
Ingredients:
1 Ear of yellow sweet corn, previously cooked
4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Things You Will Need:
Four corn skewer
Directions:
Pour 1/2 liter of water in a pot.
Add the corn.
Boil it for about 5 minutes, until cooked.
Cut in two pieces.
Push a skewer into the ends of each piece.
Spread mayonnaise on the corn.
Place the corn in a plastic food container.
