Mexican Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

    • 1 Ear of yellow sweet corn, previously cooked

    • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise

Things You Will Need:

  • Four corn skewer

Directions:

    • Pour 1/2 liter of water in a pot.

    • Add the corn.

    • Boil it for about 5 minutes, until cooked.

    • Cut in two pieces.

    • Push a skewer into the ends of each piece.

    • Spread mayonnaise on the corn.

    • Place the corn in a plastic food container.
