1 1/4 cups Sushi rice
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Boiled carrots, diced
1 cup Shredded chicken
1 tbsp. Peanut oil
1 1/2 cups Soy sauce, light
1 lime, juice
Cook rice according to package directions, in this case it 1 cup of rice for 350 ml of water over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Mix the chicken and carrots together, toss the into a pot, add peanut oil and cook the mix over a low fire, for 25 minutes.
Blend the rice and the mix, together.
Shape the rice into balls.
Sprinkle the rice balls with lime juice and soy sauce.
Place the sushi balls in a plastic food container.
