Sushi Balls – Kerns

Sushi Balls

Ingredients:

    • 1 1/4 cups Sushi rice

    • 1 1/2 cups Water

    • 1 cup Boiled carrots, diced

    • 1 cup Shredded chicken

    • 1 tbsp. Peanut oil

    • 1 1/2 cups Soy sauce, light

    • 1 lime, juice

Directions:

    • Cook rice according to package directions, in this case it 1 cup of rice for 350 ml of water over medium heat for 30 minutes.

    • Mix the chicken and carrots together, toss the into a pot, add peanut oil and cook the mix over a low fire, for 25 minutes.

    • Blend the rice and the mix, together.

    • Shape the rice into balls.

    • Sprinkle the rice balls with lime juice and soy sauce.

    • Place the sushi balls in a plastic food container.
